JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. --   363d Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing senior leadership, incoming and outgoing group commanders, squadron commanders, senior enlisted leaders, first sergeants, and directors gathered for the Spring Wing Leadership Summit in Newport News, Va., April 8 – 11, 2024. The summit provided an opportunity to share unique perspectives, help each other grow as leaders. Additionally, the group received briefings from Air Combat Command leadership, updates on the wing’s strategic action plan, and was able to deep-dive with the Wing Staff and network with each other. Guest speakers for the event included Brig. Gen. (select) Abraham Jackson, Director of Intelligence, ACC, Maj. Gen. Christopher Niemi, Director of Plans and Programs, ACC, and Brig. Gen. (retired) Robert “Gwyn” Armfield. Attendees listened to panels of squadron commanders and first sergeants as they briefed about “leading with your head, heart and gut”.
