Chief Master Sergeant Theresa M. Fitzpatrick Chief Master Sergeant Theresa M. Fitzpatrick is the Command Chief of the 363d Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing, Joint Base Langley- Eustis, Virginia. She serves as the personal advisor to the commander on all issues regarding the welfare, readiness, morale, professional growth, training, and quality of life of more than 2,500 Total Force military, civilian and contractor personnel executing operations at locations across the world. The core missions of the wing include analysis for air, space, and cyber operations; full spectrum targeting, and airborne ISR for sensitive joint special operations globally. Chief Fitzpatrick entered the Air Force in July 2002 and graduated Intelligence Operations School in May 2003. Chief Fitzpatrick has served as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst for 21 years and supported a variety of missions including Space Warning, Rescue, Special Airlift, Combat Systems Officer training, and Special Warfare. Furthermore, she has held multiple leadership positions including Operational Support Squadron Superintendent, Combined Joint Intelligence Senior Enlisted Leader, and 1N0X1 Deputy Career Field Manager. Throughout her tenure, she has been deployed five times in support of OPERATIONS ENDURING FREEDOM, RESOLUTE SUPPORT, FREEDOM’S SENTINEL, and IRAQI FREEDOM.
