Lt. Gen. Mary O’Brien, Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Cyber Effects Operations, receives a professional development overview during a 363d Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing visit, June 15, 2021 at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va. The intent of the 363d ISR Wing Professional Development program is to hone the human-weapon system throughout the enterprise at minimal-to-no cost to the units.
