Lt. Gen. Mary O’Brien, Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Cyber Effects Operations, meets with the 363d Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing Airmen Resiliency Team for a program overview, during a wing visit, June 15, 2021 at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va. The role of the Airmen Resiliency Team is to ensure the overall health, wellness, and mission-readiness of the 363d ISR Wing Airmen, in coordination with installation medical and resilience assets. O’Brien is responsible to the Secretary and Chief of Staff of the Air Force for policy formulation, planning, evaluation, oversight and leadership of Air Force intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and cyber effects operations capabilities.
