363d ISRW hosts Spring 2024 Wing Leadership Summit

U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Christopher Niemi, Director of Plans and Programs, Air Combat Command, briefs 363d Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing group commanders, squadron commanders, senior enlisted leaders, directors and first sergeants, during the 363d ISRW Spring Wing Leadership Summit, April 9, 2024 at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va. The 363d ISR Wing held its Spring Wing Leadership Summit in Newport News, Va., April 8-11, 2024. More than 60 members gathered to the Hampton Roads area to include squadron commanders, group commanders, senior enlisted leaders, first sergeants and directors. The summit provided an opportunity to share unique perspectives, help each other grow as leaders. Additionally, the group received briefings from Air Combat Command leadership, updates on the wing’s strategic action plan, and was able to deep-dive with the Wing Staff and network with each other.
