JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas --  The 690th Cyberspace Operations Group Commander and 688th Cyberspace Wing A2/A3 Director held their Change of Command Ceremony June 29, 2021 at Arnold Hall, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. Col. Kevin Kirsch transferred command to Col. Billy Pope. Col. Steven Anderson, 688th Cyberspace Wing commander presided over the ceremony.
