JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas --  The 688th Cyberspace Wing held a change of command ceremony July 1. 2021 at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. Col. Steven Anderson transferred authority of the 688th Cyberspace Wing to Col. James Hewitt. Lt. Gen. Timothy Haugh, the commander of Sixteenth Air force (Air Forces Cyber) presided over the ceremony.
