Rivet Hammer

Tech. Sgt. Justin Boettger, 55th Maintenance Squadron spent the last few months designing an adapter for a battery-operated rivet hammer to hopefully eliminate the need for a heavy air compressor on the flight line. He was using a standard air compressor, when it blew up in his face. The battery powered rivet hammer would be more efficient and safer, saving the Air Force money and time.
